I'm Tevra — former COO of an EdTech software company, and now a business architect for women who are done building someone else's vision. My background is eclectic by design. From wilderness therapy to corporate operations, I've spent two decades figuring out how people are wired — and how to build systems around them instead of against them.
When I stepped into the business coaching space, the same thing was missing from every framework I'd ever seen: they were built for someone else. Generic models. Techniques, assessments and sales strategies built for men. Cookie-cutter recipes handed to women trying to figure out why the ingredients kept tasting wrong.
